In this presentation you will become familiar with the basic principles of Jin Shin Jyutsu, including energy flow patterns in the body, safety energy locks, and harmonizing with the 36-breath meditation. Hands-on practice of self-care holds to reduce stress, promote well-being, and harmonize specific issues such as neck or back pain, digestive issues, and breathing issues.
