(W) The Magic of To-Do Lists
Sunday, August 16 • 1 to 3 pm
How we think about our world directly affects our experience. Ernest Holmes and other teachers point to the importance of freedom of choice, based upon our values and what matters to us. To-do lists can be a fun and effective way of changing the way we interact with the world.
In this workshop, you’ll explore to-do lists from many angles:
- Everyday Life: Learn ways to manage time rather than letting it manage you
- Spirituality: Recognizing and trusting your core values, and through to-do lists, letting them guide you as your compass
- Freedom: Use to-do lists to help you do what you want without abandoning the commitments that are meaningful to you
- Awareness: Notice the power and magic of seeing things differently
Join Rev. Tara to turn your to-do lists into a spiritual practice that can uplift your life.
